These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by DUEMORI LTD trading as Due Mori Catering (“we”, “us”, “our”). By hiring our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.Services
We provide catering and related event services including, but not limited to, bespoke menus, corporate catering, private event catering and menu planning. Deliverables and service details are as set out in the quotation and/or service agreement provided to you.Quotations and Acceptance
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a contract subject to these Terms and Conditions.Booking and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit as specified in the quote is due upon acceptance. Full payment terms will be set out in your quote.Final Numbers and Changes
Final guest numbers must be provided at least 7 days before the event. We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable changes after this time, but additional charges may apply.Pricing
Prices exclude VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing in the event of increased costs of ingredients, labour or transportation.Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if any, will follow the cancellation policy detailed in your quote or service agreement.Health and Safety
You agree to provide a safe environment for our staff to carry out services and to notify us of any known allergies or dietary requirements prior to the event.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in respect of any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the services shall be limited to the value of the services provided.Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event. We will investigate and respond promptly.Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in written materials remains our property and is protected by copyright.Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
